The Jets checked most of the boxes and earned a B-.

The Jets looked at the value chart, folded it up, and took Cole Payton at slot 192 regardless, 45 picks early. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B-.

However the rest shakes out, Dixon at that price is a win they earned. With edge rusher and interior defensive lineman unsolved, spending premium capital on linebacker is the choice that costs them. They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
