Every swap seemed to tilt away from the Commanders, and the value they bled adds up to real damage.

For all the activity, wide receiver went untouched, which is hard to explain. They will need Sapp to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.

That Golday pick is the receipt they will wave around later. The veteran additions, Tuli Tuipulotu chief among them, give the class a floor the rookies alone would not.

The verdict is not kind, and fairly so; this class has a hill to climb.
