The Rams torched the value chart for Eric Gentry, taking him 106 spots sooner than anyone had him slotted.

Getting Hurst where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. They punted on safety, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with wide receiver chief among the fixes.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
