You build a draft on nights like this. Josh Hoover had no business being available in Round 7, Pick 19, and the Buccaneers did the only sane thing and turned in the card. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B-.

The cost of the Moore reach is exactly the players who went right after him. A whole weekend of picks and interior defensive lineman is somehow still a want. They went 5 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.
