The Raiders lost the trade table, and the C+ tells the story.

The Raiders clearly saw something nobody else did in Drew Allar, taking him 62 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. For now it grades a C+, with the swing picks left to settle the rest.

Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. The Perkins Jr. pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with running back still on the board. The running back spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

The McAlister value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere.

In the end, one you will need a couple of seasons to truly judge.
