The Patriots treated their own grade as gospel and everyone else's as noise, spending the 95th pick on Bryce Lance a full 22 spots early. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B-.

That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Getting Haulcy where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. Job largely done: wide receiver settled and 7 of 8 of the wish list covered.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
