Stukes should have been long gone. The Eagles pounced, and earned a D.

You can lose a draft before you make a pick. The Eagles did it at the trade table, overpaying to chase players the board did not price nearly as high. It grades a D, and the process earned it.

They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it. Stukes falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch.
