The Eagles got the worse of every deal, and it shows in the C.

You can lose a draft before you make a pick. The Eagles did it at the trade table, overpaying to chase players the board did not price nearly as high.

Every board in the league had Stephens lower, and that gap is the story. The edge rusher hole is the one line item this class does not answer. They banked enough surplus on Taaffe to cover a lot of smaller sins.

It nets out as a middle-of-the-pack haul that neither helps nor hurts much.
