The Lions got the worse of every deal, and it shows in the C.

Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the Lions spent Round 7, Pick 6 on CJ Donaldson, a name most had 81 spots down the list. It washes out to a C, no better and no worse.

They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through quarterback. The Capehart value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere.

Cornerback was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.
