The Panthers won the night they stopped Slaughter from sliding. Grade: A.

The rest of the league will want that one back. Jake Slaughter tumbling to the Panthers in slot 76 is a gift they did not have to think twice about. A near-flawless weekend of work, and a A to cap it.

The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up. They are betting Miller proves the room right and everyone else wrong.

Trust the process, because this time the process plainly worked.
