A sensible, unshowy class lands the Panthers a B-.

There is conviction, and then there is this. The Panthers took Tony Rojas a full 149 picks ahead of where the board had him, an overdraft steep enough that it colors the whole weekend. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B-.

The Wheatley pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. For all the activity, wide receiver went untouched, which is hard to explain. They left with cornerback solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.
