The Packers looked at the value chart, folded it up, and took Cameron Ball at No. 257 regardless, 64 picks early. A weekend that fought the value and lost, hence the D.

They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. Wagner at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster.
