There is a lot to like until you notice edge rusher is still a hole. The Seahawks never got to the one that mattered most. It nets out to a B-, which feels about right.

They will need Ponds to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They banked enough surplus on Slaughter to cover a lot of smaller sins. Job largely done: wide receiver settled and 3 of 8 of the wish list covered.
