The Saints treated their own grade as gospel and everyone else's as noise, spending pick No. 148 on Eric Gentry a full 121 spots early. A dependable weekend that grades out a B+.

The phones were where this weekend was really won. Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Igbinosun.

The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer. Job largely done: edge rusher settled and 7 of 8 of the wish list covered.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but quarterback.
