Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Titans spent the 130th overall pick on Jacob Rodriguez, a name the board had a full 25 spots lower.

A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want. They banked enough surplus on Muhammad to cover a lot of smaller sins.
