Boards are made to be trusted, and the Vikings shredded theirs for Roman Hemby. He came off 34 spots early, and the room will hear about it.

Ponds at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

Offensive lineman was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job. They came away with juice, if not much beef up front.
