Start where it matters. The Jets took Fernando Mendoza to run the offense for the next decade, and every other decision this weekend bends around that one. More right than wrong, and a B to match.

However the rest shakes out, Coleman Jr. at that price is a win they earned. The Sturdivant reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. The trade work was a quiet net positive.

Job largely done: quarterback settled and 8 of 8 of the wish list covered.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
