Priorities are a choice, and the Bengals made a strange one, taking Earl Little Jr. at safety in pick No. 109 with tight end, interior defensive lineman and other spots crying out for the pick instead. More right than wrong, and a B- to match.

A whole weekend of picks and tight end is somehow still a want. They are betting Rucci proves the room right and everyone else wrong.

The Downs pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
