There is a lot to like until you notice linebacker is still a hole. The Broncos never got to the one that mattered most.

However the rest shakes out, Fletcher Jr. at that price is a win they earned. The roster is better shaped than it was, with interior defensive lineman chief among the fixes.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
