Draft Grade — Falcons
Overall
B-
ValueB-

FutureB-
A solid, sensible weekend for the Falcons: B-. For all the names on the card, the loudest question went unanswered. The Falcons walked out of the weekend still thin at offensive lineman, a hole that has a way of deciding seasons.
On value alone, Shuler makes the weekend a net positive. They left with wide receiver solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.
They came away with juice, if not much beef up front.
All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but offensive lineman.
Pick Analysis
Pick42
Rnd2
Elijah Sarratt
No drama and no debate, Elijah Sarratt went about where he belonged in the Round 2 slot. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
Pick76
Rnd3
Keith Abney II
By-the-book stuff, Keith Abney II at slot 76 squarely in line with his ranking. It thickens a room that could stand to be thicker.
Pick111
Rnd4
Adon Shuler
Good things come to war rooms that wait, and Adon Shuler at the 111th overall pick is the proof. Depth more than a fix, but depth they can use.
