The Saints cashed the board's mistake on Royer: B-.

The Saints spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: Joe Royer, the No. 114 name on the board, in slot 136. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through edge rusher. They left with offensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off. Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
