The Commanders let Everette fall into their laps, and walked away with a B.

Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Commanders were there to profit. Daylen Everette, the No. 80 name on the board, should have been long gone before pick 185. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.

Leaving tight end unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Wide receiver was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job. They came away with juice, if not much beef up front.

Good work on the whole, with tight end the one box left unchecked.
