The Jets left with their quarterback, and a B- to match.

The Jets looked at the value chart, folded it up, and took Roman Hemby at pick 206 regardless, 62 picks early. No fireworks, but a solid B-.

The whole projection now runs through Fernando Mendoza; hit there and everything else looks smarter. It is not that Styles is a bad player; it is that the Jets had louder needs to answer first. They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
