The rest of the league had time to spare on Nick Barrett; the Steelers did not wait, grabbing him 32 spots ahead at No. 224. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.

McAlister falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
