The Titans let Miller fall into their laps, and walked away with a B-.

Somebody in pick 101 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Titans sat still while Christen Miller, the No. 36 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back. A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want.

DaRon Bland gives the group a proven body among the projects. They left with offensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Good work on the whole, with edge rusher the one box left unchecked.

In the Round 1 slot they get protection for the quarterback. It fills the loudest need on the roster.

Sonny Styles slid further than he should have, and pick 35 is lovely value for the linebacker. Another box on the needs board, quietly ticked.

Brandon Cisse at No. 66 is daylight robbery; nobody expected him to last. Useful depth more than a marquee fix.

You do not let a wide receiver like Chris Bell reach the 89th pick and blink. They did not. One more legitimate question on the roster, answered.
Pick101 Rnd4 Christen Miller
Taking Christen Miller in the 101st overall pick is close to grand larceny; an interior defensive lineman that good had no business lasting this long. Top of the wish list, and they did not leave without it.

They robbed the room for Will Lee III here, a fall nobody at the table saw coming. Nice player, but the depth chart did not need him here.
Pick142 Rnd5 Logan Jones
Value with a capital V on Logan Jones in Round 5, Pick 4, a genuine coup. This was priority one on the needs board, and now it is handled.

Joe Royer in slot 163 should not have been possible, and that is the whole point. A sensible fit that makes the depth chart a little sturdier.

Steal is underselling it; TJ Hall at slot 238 is a heist with the alarm still ringing. They doubled down on a strength rather than a need.
