Good, not great, for the Jets: B+.

You can draft well and still miss the point. The Jets did plenty of tidy work and somehow never got around to interior defensive lineman, which was the need that mattered most. No fireworks, but a solid B+.

The Thompson steal is the beam this whole class leans on. The Jets clearly valued win-now help, adding bodies who have done it before. They left with quarterback solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Good work on the whole, with interior defensive lineman the one box left unchecked.
