There is reaching, and then there is Riley Nowakowski at slot 240. The Vikings jumped the board by 32 and dared it to prove them wrong. A dependable weekend that grades out a B.

Coleman at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. The Rodriguez pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at quarterback, edge rusher and other spots.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up.

Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
