A sensible, unshowy class lands the Jets a B-.

Everything else got attention, and safety got none. That is a strange way for the Jets to leave a draft.

That is an edge rusher worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. They went 5 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for. Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.

Good work on the whole, with safety the one box left unchecked.

Caleb Banks in the 44th overall pick is a bargain the rest of the room will envy. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
