The one they had to fix is still broken. The Saints left cornerback untouched, and that omission hangs over an otherwise reasonable haul.

The cost of the Jackson Jr. reach is exactly the players who went right after him. The Chambliss pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch.

Edge rusher is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
