Scott should have been long gone. The Titans pounced, and earned a B+.

Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Titans were there to profit. Keionte Scott, the No. 68 name on the board, should have been long gone before the Round 4 slot. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B+.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

Jonathan Mingo gives the group a proven body among the projects.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
