Best value of the weekend goes to the Dolphins for Pregnon: D. The trade table was where it all came apart. The Dolphins shipped out far more than they hauled back, and no amount of spin dresses up the bill. Hard to defend, and the D reflects that.
The Muhammad pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with edge rusher still on the board. The edge rusher spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.
Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Pregnon. On the needs board they went 7 of 8, with quarterback the one that mattered most.
It is a steep hill from here, and the grade knows it.
