The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Panthers watched Makai Lemon slide 63 picks past his grade and did not hesitate.

For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. The dealing tilted against them, just enough to notice. They trusted the board more than the depth chart.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but quarterback.
