For all the names on the card, the loudest question went unanswered. The Bengals walked out of the weekend still thin at cornerback, a hole that has a way of deciding seasons. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.

They left with wide receiver solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off. They came away with juice, if not much beef up front.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the cornerback spot they never got to.
