The move everyone will second-guess came early. The Titans reached some 34 spots for Derrick Moore, and value like that does not grow back. More right than wrong, and a B to match.

Getting Clark where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. It is not that Igbinosun is a bad player; it is that the Titans had louder needs to answer first.

For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. On the needs board they went 7 of 8, with offensive lineman the one that mattered most.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
