A costly weekend of dealing drags the Bills to a D-.

The Bills torched the value chart for Mikail Kamara, taking him 47 spots sooner than anyone had him slotted. Hard to defend, and the D- reflects that.

The trade table is where this weekend went wrong. For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. If one pick saves this weekend, it is McNeil-Warren.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and quarterback is still a hole.
