Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Bears spent pick No. 129 on Kaleb Proctor, a name the board had a full 40 spots lower. More right than wrong, and a B- to match.

Leaving cornerback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Job largely done: edge rusher settled and 4 of 8 of the wish list covered.
