The Bengals let Tyson fall into their laps, and walked away with a B.

Somebody in the Round 7 slot was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Bengals sat still while Jordyn Tyson, the No. 13 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. No fireworks, but a solid B.

For all the activity, tight end went untouched, which is hard to explain. The Bengals indulged a want in Bailey while a need in tight end, interior defensive lineman and other spots stayed open.

Cornerback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the tight end spot they never got to.
