The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer. They banked enough surplus on Harvey to cover a lot of smaller sins. The imported veterans give this class a floor the draft picks could not on their own.

It is a bet on later, and a defensible one for a team playing the long game.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
