A sensible, unshowy class lands the Chiefs a B-.

The curious call sets the tone. With wide receiver, quarterback and other spots still glaring, the Chiefs used No. 74 on Treydan Stukes, a cornerback they were not exactly short of.

Stukes has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. That wide receiver hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but wide receiver.
