The trade table was where it all came apart. The Falcons shipped out far more than they hauled back, and no amount of spin dresses up the bill.

If Wilson pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. That running back hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

The Neal pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. The Falcons clearly valued win-now help, adding bodies who have done it before.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, running back very much included.
