Draft Grade — Eagles
Overall B
ValueB NeedB+ TradesB- FutureB-
The steal of the weekend belongs to the Eagles and Robinson: B.

The one they had to fix is still broken. The Eagles left cornerback untouched, and that omission hangs over an otherwise reasonable haul. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

That is a wide receiver worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. Job largely done: edge rusher settled and 6 of 9 of the wish list covered.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.

Pick Analysis
Pick22 Rnd1 Caleb Banks
In No. 22 they get a quarterback's worst nightmare at fair value. Exactly the need they had to hit.
Pick55 Rnd2 Jake Slaughter
A quiet steal in the 55th overall pick: Jake Slaughter for less than the market said. Another box on the needs board, quietly ticked.
Pick70 Rnd3 A'Mauri Washington
Nice patience on A'Mauri Washington, who had no business lasting to pick 70. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.
Pick98 Rnd3 Justice Haynes
Justice Haynes at slot 98 is a sound buy, the sort that quietly helps a class. A sensible fit that makes the depth chart a little sturdier.
Pick123 Rnd4 Jalon Kilgore
Jalon Kilgore slipping to pick No. 123 is the kind of luck good rooms make for themselves. A real hole, addressed with a reasonable pick.
Pick137 Rnd4 Ar'maj Reed-Adams
No drama and no debate, Ar'maj Reed-Adams went about where he belonged in Round 4, Pick 37. It shores up a spot that genuinely needed the help.
Pick149 Rnd5 Max Iheanachor
By-the-book stuff, Max Iheanachor at the Round 5 slot squarely in line with his ranking. A sensible fit for a spot that needed help.
Pick180 Rnd5 Duce Robinson
The board fumbled Duce Robinson all the way to Round 5, Pick 41, and they scooped it up. A glaring weakness, addressed head on.
