The rest of the league had time to spare on Hayden Conner; the Titans did not wait, grabbing him 62 spots ahead at the 208th pick. Hard to defend, and the D- reflects that.

They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. Cam Ward is the bet, and the class will be judged on how it pays off. Getting Watts where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class.
