The steal of the weekend belongs to the Browns and Lew: A-.

The real work happened on the phones. The Browns fleeced their trade partners, turning their picks into a noticeably bigger pile than they started with. Very little went wrong, and the A- is earned.

They banked enough surplus on Lew to cover a lot of smaller sins. They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it.

Davante Adams gives the group a proven body among the projects.

Bottom line, they did the job about as well as it can be done.
