The Seahawks won the night they stopped Trotter from sliding. Grade: B.

The rest of the league will want that one back. Josiah Trotter tumbling to the Seahawks in pick 96 is a gift they did not have to think twice about. A dependable weekend that grades out a B.

A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want. Wide receiver was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

The back end got a real overhaul.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.

Pick32 Rnd1 Colton Hood

In pick 32 they get a lockdown presence outside. Need was not the driver here.

Pick64 Rnd2 Zachariah Branch

Zachariah Branch at the 64th pick is a sound buy, the sort that quietly helps a class. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.

Pick96 Rnd3 Josiah Trotter

Somehow Josiah Trotter was still sitting there in the Round 3 slot, and they pounced on premier linebacker value. Top of the wish list, and they did not leave without it.

Pick188 Rnd6 Taylen Green

Taylen Green at No. 188 is a sensible buy, a touch better than market for the quarterback. A sensible fit for a spot that needed help.
