The Chiefs bled value on every deal, hence the D+. The Chiefs looked at the value chart, folded it up, and took Keaten Wade at pick 223 regardless, 58 picks early.
They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. The Lee III pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with quarterback still on the board. However the rest shakes out, Lee III at that price is a win they earned.
They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up.
Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, quarterback very much included.
