The phones were a trap the Dolphins kept walking into, shipping out surplus on nearly every deal. Put together, it is a D+.

They have staked the next five years on Fernando Mendoza, which is the only story that really matters here. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped linebacker, which is a strange place to end up.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and linebacker is still a hole.
