The Giants did the meat-and-potatoes work well: B.

The Giants went off the board in a big way for DJ Campbell, 23 picks early. Conviction is one thing; this is another. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

A whole weekend of picks and safety is somehow still a want. McDonald at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. Interior defensive lineman was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
