However the rest shakes out, Stowers at that price is a win they earned. The edge rusher spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

They went 6 of 9 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for. The weekend tilted hard toward the defense.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
