Overall B
ValueB NeedB+ TradesB- FutureB-
Quarterback settled, Klubnik in the fold, and a B for the Colts.

The search is over. The Colts handed the keys to Cade Klubnik, and the whole operation now runs on his development. More right than wrong, and a B to match.

The Sabb steal is the beam this whole class leans on. Leaving interior defensive lineman unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Williams has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.

Pick Analysis
Pick8 Rnd1 Cade Klubnik
In the Round 1 slot they get their guy under center for the next decade at fair value. The biggest hole, addressed.
Pick40 Rnd2 Cayden Green
Cayden Green in pick 40 is exactly on the number, no argument either way. A need, and now a little less of one.
Pick72 Rnd3 Jalon Kilgore
They took Jalon Kilgore at par in No. 72, which is nothing to complain about. It adds depth where they could use a little.
Pick108 Rnd4 Keon Sabb
Keon Sabb in the 108th overall pick is the kind of fall that makes a whole class. A quiet depth add at a thin-ish spot.
Pick163 Rnd5 Connor Tollison
Connor Tollison at the 163rd pick is a sound buy, the sort that quietly helps a class. A sensible fit that makes the depth chart a little sturdier.
Pick186 Rnd6 Jahiem White
Jahiem White is a better player than slot 186 suggests; smart patience, rewarded. A glaring weakness, addressed head on.
Pick221 Rnd7 J.Michael Sturdivant
The board fumbled J.Michael Sturdivant all the way to pick No. 221, and they scooped it up. That was the need underlined and circled, and now it is checked off.
Pick247 Rnd7 Riley Williams
The board had cheaper options than Riley Williams at Round 7, Pick 31, and it noticed. It answers the question that was keeping the coaches up at night.
Pick249 Rnd7 Tony Grimes
They read the board right and Tony Grimes was the payoff at pick No. 249. It is more luxury than necessity; they were already set here.
