The Browns did not so much draft De'Zhaun Stribling as overpay for him, 110 picks clear of his grade. It sets an uneasy tone for the weekend.

They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through quarterback. Demmings at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster.

The Browns clearly valued win-now help, adding bodies who have done it before.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but quarterback.
